FAQ
How do I contact Mimi Louise?
Please contact us at shop@mimi-louise.com we’d love to hear from you!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Can I buy an online gift card?
Yes, we offer digital gift cards here.
Are your home pieces restocked?
Many of our home pieces are one-of-a-kind vintage finds or limited-edition treasures. Because of their unique nature, most items cannot be restocked once they’ve sold. If you fall in love with something, we recommend securing it while it’s available.
Will you bring back sold-out items?
Many of our finds are unique treasures and may not be available again. However, we are always sourcing new timeless pieces and seasonal drops — so there’s always something special just around the corner.
How do you describe the condition of vintage pieces?
We thoughtfully select each vintage item for its character, craftsmanship, and quality. Gentle wear or subtle imperfections are part of its history and charm — proof of a life well-loved. We do our best to share any notable features in product details and photos.
SHIPPING & RETURNS:
Do you offer refunds or exchanges on products?
All sales are final. However, if you have a defective product or damaged product from shipping, please email shop@mimi-louise.com photos or videos of the damaged merchandise.
When will my products ship?
Please keep in mind we're currently asking for 5-7 business days for shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship our products within the US. We do not ship internationally at this time.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping will be calculated in your cart at checkout based on the weight of the product(s) you are purchasing as well as your shipping location.
What happens if I receive a notification that my package was delivered but I never received it?
Check your tracking link, please contact UPS immediately and file a claim. Unfortunately once a package leaves our facility, there is not much we can do. We will do our best to work with you and UPS to ensure you get your goodies!
Why was I charged multiple times for my order?
Don't worry! These additional items are actually authoritzations and not true charges to your account. We use an eCommerce platform called Shopify to handle our transactions, as well as to manage fraudulent charges. Sometimes, Shopify will ask your bank for an authorization of the funds to make sure the account is real and you are in fact making a true purchase.
